The TWIN HAMMER Mechanism consists of 2 hammers in a closed system which rotates around the spindle. This system creates an enormous nut un-break torque even within the first revolutions of the rotor, since the hammers can hit at the same time from both sides of the spindle. This reliable 2 ring hammers impact system is a very durable system and particularly suitable for long operating cycles. A further advantage is that the system consists of few individual parts only and this makes it very easy to service. The System is lubricated by grease. Lubrication can be easily done from outside via greasing nipple without opening the housing. The TWIN-Hammer System is dedicated for highest performance such as industrial demands, tyre services, extremely intensive services, garage applications and assembly in servicing.
