The PIN LESS Mechanism is the maximum line of engineering. The power is achieved by one hammer ambos located in a cage. The clue is that the hammer does not require any further pins or assembly parts and rotates around the anvil. This fact has been the eponym for the „Pin-Less“. The developed power will be transferred almost without any loss of power directly to the anvil. The Pin-Less Impact System is an advanced development of the Rocking Dog System. The exceptional advantage is the extreme high power output, but due to this fact not suitable for filigree and controlled applications. This System is absolute wear less and has a very high power performance as well as easy to service. The system is lubricated by grease. Pin-Less System is dedicated for highest performance such as industrial demands, extremely intensive services; truck garages and construction site equipment as well as for applications where huge impact power is requested. |
